Throughout his thirty year career, Mr. Gorski has acquired many different skills in the construction industry including, estimating, project management, budget control, schedule management, customer relations, value engineering, contract negotiations, subcontractor relations and an overall knowledge of how to manage a construction company. Len is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology receiving a Bachelor degree in Architecture. He has worked all phases of construction from concept and design, planning/zoning board meetings, permit expediting, field inspections, field supervision, punch-lists and final turnover to owner. Complete hands on, interactive, personal attention is the overall approach Mr. Gorski takes with his clients.

Mr. Orth has been in the construction industry for the past thirty years starting out as a carpenter/superintendent and working his way up to his current position. He has an education in project management from NYU as well as a certificate in architectural drafting. Karl is experienced in all types of construction including high-end retail and commercial construction. Mr. Orth is a meticulous, well organized, professional who knows how to “get the job done” within budget and on time. Some project types Karl has completed are assisted living facilities, golf & country clubs, public library, retail fit-outs, restaurants, animal hospitals, data centers, industrial facilities, and hi-rise construction.
